1. How to request deletion
Send an email to the address at the bottom of this page with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address, account, or profile associated with your data so we can locate and verify your records. If you contacted us through a Meta platform, please reference the connected account.
2. What we delete
Once your request is verified, we permanently delete the personal data we hold about you, which may include:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and any contact details you provided;
- Messages and enquiries you sent us through our forms or connected platforms;
- Identifiers received from Meta platforms when you interacted with us there.
3. Data we may retain
We keep only the minimum information we are legally required to retain — for example for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — and only for as long as the law requires. Everything else is deleted.
4. Timeframe
We confirm receipt of your request within five (5) business days and complete verified deletions within thirty (30) days. If a request needs more time, we will tell you why and when it will be completed.
