1. Scope
This policy covers self-service, tier-based, and seat-based SaaS subscriptions purchased online. Custom development engagements governed by a separate Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work are not covered here; their commercial and refund terms are set out in those documents.
2. Your Statutory Rights
Under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you are entitled to a service that conforms to its description and is fit for its stated purpose. Where a paid service is materially defective, does not function as described, or is not delivered, you are entitled to have it remedied or to receive a refund, in line with the law.
3. Free Trial, Billing and Auto-Renewal
Every product subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial, from your account dashboard, at no cost, and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel within the 14-day trial, the monthly or annual fee for the plan you selected is automatically charged to the payment card you provided at signup, and the subscription continues for the chosen term. You can cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
4. When You Are Entitled to a Refund
We will issue a refund where:
- A paid service is materially defective or does not perform as described and we are unable to remedy the issue within a reasonable period;
- You were charged in error, or charged after a valid cancellation;
- A duplicate or unauthorized payment was taken.
5. When a Refund May Not Apply
Once the 14-day free trial has ended and the fee has been charged, the subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the paid term, except for the reasons listed in section 4 above. Your mandatory rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 always prevail over any conflicting term.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send a refund request to the email address below, including your account details, the transaction reference, and a description of the issue. We acknowledge requests promptly and aim to assess and respond within fourteen (14) days of receiving the information needed to review the request.
7. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider. Applicable taxes are refunded in accordance with the relevant tax rules.
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to us in writing. You also retain the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
