Are you an established firm with existing clients, or are you early stage?
We're a founder-operated firm with launched products (TheMorph, ReefPin, and Kabutschi) and a pipeline of in-house products in active development. We engage external clients on custom builds where our team's combined experience and engineering discipline match the project's complexity. We're transparent about being early stage. What does BITS Solutions do?
We engineer custom web platforms, native mobile applications, and AI systems for corporate clients across the Gulf and Europe. Our team manages the complete project lifecycle, from system discovery and product design through development, deployment, and ongoing support.
Where is your team based?
Headquartered in Cairo, with teams in Riyadh, Dubai, and Berlin. Engineering is consolidated in Cairo. Client-facing teams operate locally in each regional office, aligned with Gulf and Central European business hours.
How are projects priced?
Pricing is tailored to project complexity and scope. Every engagement is governed by a transparent Statement of Work mapped to defined delivery milestones. All fees are exclusive of VAT, which is appended based on regional statutory rules.

Cairo gives us access to a serious technical talent pool, with delivery discipline aligned to European standards. Our engineering operates in Gulf and Central European time zones for real-time collaboration.
How do you protect our data?
Security is built into the architecture, not added later. We comply with GDPR for European clients and PDPL for Saudi and UAE operations. We deploy on tier-one cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) or inside your own private cloud when sensitivity requires it.
Typical project timeline?
Standard builds run 3 to 6 months from architecture sign-off to production launch. We use a 5-business-day deliverable evaluation window to keep momentum and protect the schedule.
Do you work with companies outside the Gulf and Europe?
Yes. Our Master Services Agreement is built for enterprise clients in any jurisdiction, with structured IP boundaries, data protection terms, and liability frameworks that hold up under serious legal review.
