Karim Bremer founded BITS in 2022. As the company grew, the current co-founder team joined him. We spent the first years building our own products, and all ten in-house products are now launched. Since 2026 we also take on client projects. Clients work directly with a founder.

Pricing follows the complexity and scope of the project. Every engagement is governed by a clear Statement of Work mapped to defined delivery milestones. All fees are exclusive of VAT, which is added according to regional statutory rules.

Cairo gives us access to a serious technical talent pool, with delivery discipline held to European standards. Our engineering works in Gulf and Central European time zones for real-time collaboration.

Security is built into the architecture, not added later. We comply with GDPR for European clients and PDPL for Saudi and UAE operations. We deploy on tier-one cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), or inside your own private cloud when sensitivity requires it. Our Trust and Data Processing page carries the detail a procurement team needs: the contracting entity, where data sits, how transfers out of the EEA are covered, our subprocessors, and our actual certification status.

Standard builds run 3 to 6 months from architecture sign-off to production launch. A 5-business-day deliverable evaluation window keeps momentum and protects the schedule.
