Pro Tuners Sim combines an English and Arabic MOZA storefront, simulator-session booking, and retail operations in one live client platform.
Pro Tuners Sim is a live BITS client build for the official MOZA sales channel in Alexandria and Egypt’s North Coast. It combines bilingual e-commerce, simulator-session booking, and product administration in one platform.
- Supports English and Arabic with full right-to-left layout.
- Connects the product shop with bookings for two in-store simulator rigs.
- Includes backend operations for products, pricing, and orders.
The commercial job behind the website
Pro Tuners Sim sells simulator hardware, but its strongest differentiator happens offline: customers can drive the equipment before deciding what to buy. The digital product therefore had to support both retail discovery and the physical session experience.
BITS built the platform as a client engagement for the official MOZA sales channel serving Alexandria and Egypt’s North Coast. The scope was one connected customer journey rather than separate shop, booking, and brand projects.
Storefront and booking in one system
The platform combines a product shop and cart with session booking for the two in-store simulator rigs. Customers can understand the hardware, plan a visit, and move toward a purchase without switching between disconnected channels.
The backend supports products, pricing, and orders, giving the client an operating system behind the public experience. That matters because a polished storefront fails quickly when the commercial team cannot maintain what customers see.
The experience sells the equipment. The platform has to connect the test drive, the booking, and the transaction.
Bilingual and right-to-left from the start
English and Arabic are built into the storefront, including full right-to-left behaviour. Arabic is not treated as a translated layer placed on top of an English layout.
The visual identity, described as “the driver’s hideout,” was designed and engineered by the same team. Keeping brand and product implementation together helped the commercial experience remain consistent from first impression to booking.
What the project demonstrates
Pro Tuners Sim is live as a client build. It demonstrates the same end-to-end discipline BITS applies to its own products: brand, customer journey, frontend, operational backend, bilingual delivery, and launch handled as one system.
The result is not positioned as a BITS-owned SaaS product. It is a client platform built and delivered by BITS for a specific retail business.
