IP Ownership
Upon final payment, Clients own "Foreground IP" (custom code/UI); BITS retains "Background IP" (core libraries) with a perpetual license for the client.

Maintenance
Post-launch support and bug fixes require a separate, paid Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Media Revisions
Digital assets are limited to 2 rounds of modifications. Out-of-scope changes require a Change Order at standard hourly rates.

Payment Terms
30-day payment windows. Overdue invoices incur a fixed, non-compounding 2% monthly administrative penalty.
